Nevermore!

In my last two competitions, I noted a marked improvement in scores, presumably because I had no coffee those mornings. My hold was steadier, my X-ring time was longer and my scores were better.

So I’ve cut all regular coffee from my diet. It took about four days for the withdrawal headaches to go away but, other than a calmer start to each day, there’ve been no negative effects.

Yet another addiction gone!
